Account has been hacked for over a month.

My account has been hacked since September 13 which was also the day I opened the ticket. The responses were fairly active until around 2 weeks after the situation started. The last message I received was on 24th of September where the ticket was supposedly raised to a team member. I messaged them a couple times for an update to no response. Any help or guidance on how to resolve this?

    Same for me !!!

    No one respond to the support e-mail and they keep closing them and they never respond themselves it seems it's always a damn bot..

    I got trough one time and they asked me some information's, I complied and gave them everything I had and nothing for almost a week now.

    Worst support I have seen in quite a while... even Youtube give better support then that.

    I had Nitro also...

    (Now this e-mail is linked to another account user name “Epoch”, because it used to be on this e-mail but simply switched to my main address e-mail)

     

    The 4 digit (username and 4 digit discriminator) : 6089

     

    The username at the time of the of the spoof/hack/highjacked : Aragami

     

    How it happened : As I mentioned in my 4 try at contacting in the past two days since I received an e-mail by informing me that my e-mail was changed and if it wasn’t me that I needed to contact you. While I trying to provide you with the correct information’s :

     

    I received a private message that looked like an official support message on my phone discord app either on a channel of an Group or by private messages I can’t tell you anymore because I was on my phone at the time and I barely read what it was and thought it was legit.

     

    Asking me to get a badge and as something to do with an update with the teams special badge.

     

    It was something about a new badge or something. Without thinking, I clicked and logged in and I used to have 2FA on if I remember well.. and somehow it was a spoof or a hack or something. They rapidly logged in my account called "Aragami". The next following minutes I received and e-mail by you telling me that my account e-mail was changed and if it wasn’t me to contact me. I promptly tried to reset my account by e-mail and phone number but it was too late they had changed everything apparently.

     

    I attached to this e-mail a screenshot of the e-mail I received a moment later, I don’t know how they were able to bypass 2FA and everything !!!

    It was a an early account with all the early special badges.

     

    My, XBOX account was linked, My youtube was linked, My Spotify was linked, My Facebook was linked, My Steam was linked... I had all of them linked if I remember well...
    I had monthly premium on with auto-renew !!!!

     

    E-mail attached to the account at the time of the “hack” : XX.XXXX@outlook.com


    Phone number : XXX-XXX-XXXX (Not sure if it was used in this account)


    I had also with 2FA, and I had the text codes and here's one of them : XXX-XXX

     

    I can even tell you some of the Groups I was registered in at the time of the “Hack” : Official Halo Group, Official Gera of War Group, Official Linux Tech Tips Group, My War of the Vision game guild “VisionSeekers”, The Mole Colony!,  and many more…

     

    I can see my account name wasn’t change nor anything else in my profile information (I attached an image to e-mail with the username and profile)
