[Suggestion] Feature Suggestion - "Bot Channels"

My Idea is People can make a channel or toggle it and make it so a prefix is always first when sending a message, this will also lock a bot to the channel (make toggleable so for moderation bots) Why? This will make it easier for the user because if they are asking help command but they forgot the prefix, the prefix is already there. this can also help admin with trolls using commands in other places this will almost eliminate the rule " Do not bury main channels with bot-commands" because the bot is locked to that channel

you can also have it where it is locked and only commands from the bot can be sent [helps raiding and trolls]
