An equal server

Create a server where everyone has equal rights, can move, mute or deafen each other, my friends are looking for how to make a server like that, just like when I right click go to the owner, i can't do anything to them. I want everyone to have the same rights and kick, ban everyone and also the bots

  If I'm correct there is a way to make a server using a bot. Maybe this can do it

  1°Create a position with the same levels for you and your friends (when creating the position, put the administrator option, so whoever has this position will have full access to your server and be able to control)

  2° There are websites and discord itself provides ready-made servers (template model) which you can use to have a well-prepared server in a short time. There are thousands of models to choose from.
