Disable/Enable Permissions For Specific Roles

I believe this might've been a feature back in the day, but explicitly disabling permissions for specific roles, for example if by default (@everyone) a permission is disabled, but once they get an entry role so they can access the server if they act up, it's possible to have a role to take away that permission

For example, if I have someone impersonating others in the discord (it's harmless in this context, but mildly annoying), it should be possible for me to have a role that disables them from being able to change their nickname
