Terrible Support

My account was hacked almost 48 hours ago, the hacker changed the email of the account, has all of my details, has used my card to gift nitros until my bank is empty and the worst part, 90% of the people I speak to, are through discord, and now I can't speak to them because I don't know their tags. Since submitting a request for support to get my account back, I've still had no response nearly 48 hours later, which I assumed it would get fairly high priority since hackers are spending my money now too Terrible support for such a big company

    Discord support is genuinely terrible all I can do is wish you good luck I been waiting all month for a reply to fix my hacked account. Its ridiculous they literally have the resources for a better support service but for some god forsaken reason they choose to do only email support tickets.
