2FA Lockout
It has been nearly a year since my lockout and I still haven't gotten anywhere with the support, who keeps telling me that I need to make a post here for my solution to be considered, which I have tried many times in the past.
I lost my account due to my phone breaking, and because of that I ended up losing my account because I couldn't access it, since then I have been trying to get back my account so that I could see my friends (who I can't talk to otherwise) again. I am not the only one with this story, as there is many others which I have seen here who have said the same thing.
I don't understand why Discord can't just send me a verification code VIA email so that I can get my account back, I think it would be a way for many of us to get our accounts back. I believe it is unfortunate that people who get locked out contact the support team only for them to get a reply saying "make a new account" which is easier said than done for those who are losing people who feel like family to them as well as the memories they had shared with them.

I am in the exact same situation as you and agree 110%. It is beyond frustrating being locked out of your account and not being able to do anything about it and support staff not being very helpful with this matter and ignoring our requests and suggestions to better improve the 2FA feature,
