New method to retrieve 2FA locked accounts

Discord is a great app. I check it more than I check my WhatsApp. But the worst thing to see when you wake up is being locked out because of 2FA. Many other apps have created ways so that the user can get back his 2FA locked account even if he doesn't have the codes. Discord should implement the same. It is really annoying and sad when you get locked out as you lose all your messages, perks (if any), progress, and your servers. I can't join back all the servers I was in because I don't remember all their names. 

It will help a lot of people as many accounts have been locked out. Maybe you could ask the person to verify through his/her email.

    Hi,

    First, you only need a valid session to remove your 2FA. nothing more. I was complaining that 2FA in discord means jackshit so please don't ask them to lower security, it is already low enough

    It would be nice if you could email discord from an email address that is associated with billing information on your account to prove account ownership in order to regain access to your account.
