Discord account disabling, discord is ignoring our appeals.

I know lots of other people have reported this issue, but I've seen that many people get falsely disabled and the discord support team does not get back to them. 

This has recently happened to me, and I think it is unfair that many people get their accounts deleted since the 14 day deadline has hit, and it was falsely banned. I was falsely banned of underage, and although not a lot of time has passed, I have a feeling my appeal willl not get appealed to. (Makomo#0001) . Shouldn't there be more people to manage these falsely disabled accounts?

    Yeah, that's truly ridiculous. My account got disabled for violating tos after being hacked, and now there is no way I can get it back.

    If an account is disabled, can the user create another one? Or does this punishment prohibit him from using the service forever?

    Hello Hagakure,

    I have had this issue before, if it has passed 14-30 days, your account has most likely been deleted therefore discord has no way of giving it back to you.

    Currently happening to me, i've sent multiple different messages via e-mail to discord, all i've gotten is a bot response telling me the following:
    "We just want to confirm that we've received your message (########). We're currently experiencing increased volumes, and will be in touch regarding your request shortly."
    And i feel like i'm being ignored, i've been on discord for years, 4 years probably, i've never broken TOS or the Community Guidelines, the reason for my account being disabled is i was in some server that actively broke TOS and Guidelines, that made them ban me, i never interacted with this server and i legitimately joined it like a day before i got banned, i didn't even know what the server was about i just clicked on the "join" button to make some person stop spamming the link in my dms.
    To be fair tho i've been disabled before, i got my account reinstated because obviously i didn't do a thing to break TOS, and the same thing should happen again because i haven't done a thing...
    Some discord staff do their job, and the others are in my opinion people who couldn't care less if you got banned or not, discord support really can be horrible sometimes.
