Something's going on here (locked account)

First, I did not report anyone or anything, I was just in a call with my friends. (I was muted, just listening to them while talking in a different server) 

It then proceeds to pop out a window of sort, saying "Something's going on here" and that it had to verify my phone. 

The issue is, I have a phone... but I don't have reception. I wasn't given any reason to why this happened, and I'm just confused. I don't have a different gmail address to use, and basically I just cut communications with over 10+ friends

Can there be some form of alternative verification (captcha, gmail etc) for the non-phone users like me? I'm sure countless users are facing this issue, and that they're support tickets are getting declined due to the support team just not accepting their appeal for not having a phone.

There definitely is a lot of traffic surrounding this, and the staff team is probably very busy, but this could (hopefully) be fixed with a simple gmail/captcha verification as I stated earlier.

    Hello Qi_Mango ,

    Surely when you had access to your account you added a phone number hence why discord is asking you to verify. There is really no other way to verify this due to multiple reasons and for your account's safety.
