More control in managing your servers

Itvwould be great to make it possible to add a more detailed feature in giving rights to your server members. Like now pinning and deleting messages are in the same, when they're totally different level of rights IMO? So more customability in there would be nice, if not made customisable for each member individually, perhaps by roles?
