Loading error

I switched from Windows 10 to Windows 11, I launch the discord and it does not start, there is just an error "Update Failed - Retrying in X sec". I have already tried reinstalling the application completely, alas, it did not help

  Since I installed WIndows 11 (clean install) I have the same issue, but intermitent.

  I usually solve by quitting DIscord and reopening it.
