banned on seperate account for false reason

I should state that on this seperate account that I was a part of a group, or guild you could say, that spam reported servers with unwanted content (drug sales, CP etc...) when I joined a server and reported it I was caught in the ban wave on the server while leaving, I had some important info (a girl I liked) on there, is there any way I can get it back

also i've appealed multiple times and explained the situation  multiple times to support, they still refuse to unban me, I've tried appealing for about a month now.
