[Idea] [Suggestion] New permission for channels or roles, view members

if for exemples new member arrive in a new server it would usefull to hide the member list to the new member, because if this member is a self-bot come with the aim to send advice in private message he can't ! (because he don't know who are in the server). It could be a good idea to let the administrator or the owner if there are technical problems.
