Advice appreciated - Hacked and still active account

I was recently hacked. The hacker tried impersonating me to friends but friends quickly caught on it wasn't me. They removed my account from every server it's in. Blocked DMs. The account is still active but has now obviously had it's tag changed. I've been messaging support with no response other than the intial 'wE kNoW yOuR TiMe Is ImPoRtAnT' bs saying they'll get back to me, but they haven't. It had NITRO and an early supporter badge. They're so ready to take my money yet won't even help me when my account has been stolen. It has over 4 years worth of history. I just want my account back. Any advice or support would be appreciated.

Note: I've changed all my banking passwords etc and cards. It's more the inconvenience of it all.
