Account disabled for Tos Violation although I did none of the things listed in the email.

My account was disabled for something I did not do and when I tried to appeal I got the Infamous bot reply stating, to read the email I was sent days prior since it contains why I was disabled. I did not post anything remotely close to shocking or gore related period, yet it still happened anyways. Sounds just like everyone else's story right?....yeah I know. I would accept it IF I did post what they said I did. In this case I know for a fact I did not post anything to violate tos but would deeply apologize if I could only get my account reinstated. I used so much money on nitro, mee6 premium, pingcord.....I am never spending my money on this platform again for the 4 years I have been on here I do not get a second chance? They need to improve their system or at least make a live chat with a human being and not some bot auto replying to emails.....
