Full discord servers

Make an option for public discord servers that are partnered where they can enable a certain "Waiting List" option. The Waiting List is for servers that are full, and when that persons link comes back invalid for the server being full, an option comes up for whether they want to join the waiting list or not. Whenever a person leaves the server, discord takes the top person in the waiting list and puts the server in their server list. However, some people would probably like an email so put an option in settings so that they can decide how they want it to work.
