IP Adress | Banning

On irc, the moderators or admins can see a encrypted version of the ip address of users. This is useful to ban, vpn etc... 
On discord, for public servers and community servers it will be great. 

exemple : 
the current ip of the user is : 145.111.222.555
the encrypted version : AB785.FFD45.456SD.412NV

In case of vpn for exemple : 
Some vpn providers have the same ip ending : 
so two account on vpn : 145.111.232.555 , 175.101.232.555
The moderators will be abble to ban, all the users with "232.555" and like, disable vpn access, or at least fight against that issue.
