Account locked after being hacked, only automated responses for help

My account was locked for violating TOS. I know it was hacked because one of my friends sent me a screenshot of my account sending fake nitro links. I sent discord the screenshot and explained my situation and I'm only been getting the same annoying automated message saying they won't reinstate my account because I violated the tos. I am a modder on Steam and Gamebanana and people contact me through my discord account. Without it I won't get proper communication through. I have had my discord account for a very long time and now I can't even get it back because it got hacked and spammed messaged. Even worse, I have less than 2 weeks before they delete it for good. I guess I can always create a new account but that is very inconvenient for me at this time. I would like to know if there is a way to recover my account. It's tag is @SuperMario20#8004.
