Trust and Safety isn't reading tickets.

My account has been recently disabled due to a hack, and i've given up on getting it back, i don't care anymore, but, i had very important data there that i want to get that back, so, i have been contacting discord about getting the so called "discord data package". I have sent 6 tickets to Trust and Safety and other discord support, and each and every single one has been met with the same exact automated response.

This response has nothing to do with what i'm asking, i, again, do not want my account back and do not want to apeal for getting it back, they even keep taunting me with the reminder that my data will be removed (a the time of writeing this i have 6 days left so pls help quickly).

I have reached out to discord on twitter and through this account also but they keep sending me back to Trust and Safety, but at Trust and Safety nobody is even reading what i'm saying.

What do i do if the people that i'm suppose to turn to and are suppose to help me  ignore my tickets, if other ways of reaching out send me back there but i get spat in the face for the Xth time. Please help me, i did nothing wrong, i don't even have the strengh in me to argue my innocence, just want very important data i saved there, please an actual preson read this, i'm so tired.

    have you tried sending your message again as an email reply to the autoreply, that works for me on tumblr

    I've contacted the staff with my alt email and they said:

    "As for that new ticket you made with our Trust and Safety team, as long as you've already responded to make sure that you still need help, then you'd just have to be patient as it is possible our teams' queues are backed up."

    so I'm just waiting rn after replying to Clyde

    it's been more than 14 days since my account has been disabled but it's not anonymized yet, so I think they're keeping it until they can reply to my email

    Tried more tickets and the things you gusy talked about, at this ponit it has been 14 days and i don't even have a way of knowing if my data is gone. This is really sad and i hope someone from discord finds this and they start respecting their clients.

    @chlorat (idk how to reply to comments) they said they’ll anonymize accounts after 14-30 days. the 19th of nov is gonna be 2 weeks since my acc got disabled. is ur acc still alive? btw i still have got absolutely no reply from discord

    Same, no reply for me yet. It's been almost 3 weeks and the account is still here. If the account will be deleted permanently in 30 days, that will be in Nov 26th. My account was disabled at Oct 26th.
