Admin can set hours of access on a server / channel

I suggest adding a feature to allow administrators to determine what hours of the day / week a channel is open for use.

This provides for a number of use cases:

  • we have school students involved in a project, however their discussion must be supervised and restricted during school weeks.
  • we wish to run a support clinic, and configure the hours to suit availability of experts
  • We want to run user experience analysis sessions, and control how they are presented
  • We have a community forum, and don't want it polluted by spam or saboteurs.

    Dear IanC,
    There really isn't much use for this feature than things for educational servers, mental health servers, etc. How would this be usable to the general discord community, and how feasible would it be?
