【Bad Experience】Discord PC version VPN setting interface optimization advice

Hey, team, I found a very bad customer experience point of discord, 

There is no setting place before I launch the software, what I mean is that ,

For example, telegram, even if I can't log in at some country but I have a place to set Proxy setting before I log in ! 

But discord needs to log in first then set, it's toooooo bad experience. 

Because, If I can set before log in, I can use PAC mode of VPN, which can maintain my internet speed

I hope our team can Optimize it
