How slow is this support realy?

My acc has been hacked and still after 2 weeks nothing so far... 
This hacker took alot of money from me with discord nitro. And destorying my discord channal but they still do nothing to it...

    Make sure you contact the support in the right category.

    You can stop the payment at your bank and they will refund you.

    On the other hand, for your server, the discord staffs can't do anything (try to report the hackers with proof)

    Good luck. Same thing happened to me. I got one canned response a few days in, and have now been flat out ignored for over a month, despite several requests for a response, ANY response.

    Discord 'Support' is the most useless f*cking thing I've ever had the displeasure to deal with.

    If you haven't already, though, file a dispute through your bank/Paypal/however you paid for Nitro for those charges made by the hacker. They're usually really good with reversing them and getting you your money back.
