account locked, support not responding
My account got disabled for being under-age a week ago, i am not. i sent in the details just as they asked 5 days ago and still dont have a response. im worried because in 5 days its going to get deleted and am scared that they wont respond by then. what should i do?

i'm in the same boat. my main account got disabled too and i'm worried about getting banned/the account wiped permanently without being recoverable since that happens after 14 days i believe. (correct me if i'm wrong). at this point i don't even care about the wiping of the account or not, i would just like a reply to know if i will get the account back or not, since this was a 5 year old account that is my main that has also been paying for monthly nitro for a year.
i'm sorry that you're in the same/similar situation lack-of-response wise.

I have been banned for I think more than 2 weeks now. I have no idea why. Getting tech support is absolutely impossible. I have been playing for more than 2 years and spent a lot of money on building this account. WM it seems has committed wire fraud against me. If I start a new account, my existing one and all the recent money that I spent on it is for forfeit.
WM needs to help me. I need to understand what has happened here.

there are no hope to get back, everyone in the internet says that. They says they confirmed and won't unban, so either you're victim or not you can't get back account

WM would not do this intentionally. They made a decision but i am trying to prove my innocence. For certain they made a mistake with my account. I did nothing wrong and I know this for sure. If they ignore this issue then they will have legitimately stolen money from a user of their awesome game. They need to research this and they will find out a mistake has been made.
