Membership Screening Not Showing for new Users

So this is happening on two servers that I Mod on.

We have activated the membership screening for rules, and when someone new joins the server it does not generate for them at all. How can we fix this?

    Do you have a system where a bot assigns roles to all the members upon joining? if so, then thats the reason why they arent able to view membership screening as it bypasses it. What you could do is, add a small delay (like a min) in the auto role assign system, or if you use MEE6 it has an option "Delay at server rules acceptance"
