My account is hacked and support isn’t responding

My discord account was hacked around 12 days ago. I sent a ticket to Discord Support and they were replying the first day, the final response was "I will be escalating this ticket up to the support team, and I will keep you updated" it's been 12 days now with no response? 

I mean what kind of "Customer service" (Support team) Doesn't reply to tickets like that? 

Honestly, I'm very disappointed and saddened by this, as I've had my discord account since 2017 and for it to get hacked and get no help from Discord is quite frustrating

    Same exact problem that I am having as well. My account was compromised which I had made countless friends on with no other method of contact. 4 days ago I submitted a ticket about my account being hacked and on the same day I received an identical message saying that my ticket is being escalated.
    I have sent a reply to the email 12 hours ago asking for any updates on the progress but still am awaiting a response.
    @YA2Trappy have you received any word from Discord yet? I’ll post a comment here if I hear back from them anytime soon.

    I just received a response helping me get my account back. If you are still awaiting a response, I would try replying to their previous message in the email. If you've already done that then maybe you should submit a new ticket.
