Customer support is absolutely worthless
I received an "official warning" for one of a server i am moderating, because it was supposedly breaking ToS & CG. It concerns a Discord server associated to the sub-reddit /r/ArmaPhotography, where people share their custom screenshots of the game Arma 3 and where we now and then hold competitions.
So i have no idea what ToS/CG rule we are breaking. So i opened a ticket at support to ask for details. So far, customer support responds are:
- You selected the wrong topic...select "I have a general policy question"
- You selected the wrong topic...we can't answer your question with the option you selected (I selected "I have a general policy question" like they told me)
- You received a warning for violating ToS/CG (we know, that's what the message said). You received an e-mail with more information (we didn't...only that we received a warning).
- The violation has been confirmed
So I ask again for what...exactly has been confirmed. And they just close my ticket without further responding.
How can I know what I need to do, to avoid breaking ToS/CG...IF YOU DON'T TELL ME WHAT I DID WRONG IN THE FIRST PLACE

well nothing really can be done about it, discord support is the biggest garbage ever, my acc got disabled of tos violation and without any warning, even after messaging support multiple times, i get the same reply from their stupid bot

I agree. My account was banned for violating TOS regarding misinformation, yet they gave no information whatsoever regarding what the offending post is or what constitutes misinformation in the first place.
