Channel hoping through mobile

It would be all kinds of great if discord let you channel hop using mobile devices. Using Discord desktop and want to move, but you're in the kitchen and lack motivation to walk all the way back; but you have your phone. Have a move me feature. Press and hold the channel you want to move to and a window will pop up asking if you want moved to that channel/server.
