Weird bug regarding moving channels while using Discord on browser

For some reason whenever I try to move a channel in a discord server on browser discord it will try to upload the channel instead, which is extremely annoying and makes it impossible to actually try and manage channel location. Don't believe this happens on mobile, and my friends haven't had the issue.

 

Any help would be appreciated, and no I will not be downloading the desktop app since last time I did that it did not run smoothly and affected my performance more than necessary.
