First is when u want to block some one u get two buttons
the first button is

Block <name account>

and second button is block <name account> and new accounts they may create ( thats means block ip mac/adresse )

and thats same in servers

the first button when u want to ban someone is 

Banned <name account> and new accounts they may create ( thats means ban ip mac/adresse )

and second button is banned <name account>

and at the end, you will find the ban length you want
