Is it possible to get an answer from a real human at support?
I tried to ask the question, why was my account disabled? The only thing I got from support was a response from bot Clyde where he said I was violating the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. I only want to know what I was banned for. Is it possible to know? (I didn't get an automatic message from discord)

Same thing happened to me a week ago. I tried everything, literally everything, but the only thing I got was emails from Clyde in which he said that my account won't be reinstated. I got 1 week before my acc gets deleted permanently because of an error in their algorithm. The only thing I want is talk with someone from the staff. If anyone has any advice, please share them with us. Thank you!

I legit have this same issue, they just constantly send clyde. Theres no support at all. My friend spent so much money and they cant give me a reason for a random disable, she wasnt even home shes in the air force. She came back on thanksgiving and couldnt even log on. Considering a full refund of all the money she ever spent. A lawsuit maybe?

I have a server. Me and backup account are in there. Is my server goingg to be deleted or my ownership will be tranfered to my second account??

Discord support doesnt give a damn. My account was banned for violating TOS regarding misinformation, yet they gave no information whatsoever regarding what the offending post is or what constitutes misinformation in the first place.
