How long does discord take to respond to an email?

My account was disabled due to some mis-conseptions, when i realised what happenned i made a ticket, it has been a few hours but i haven't gotten a reply yet, how long does support take to reply?

    Pray it wont take weeks,i wrote to support yesterday because they have locked my account  for god knows what reason and it insist i verify my account with my phone number even though i never added my phone to my account because its optional and not a must to add phone number.I see alot of ppl are pissed and have same issue.

    They will send u an auto-generated email from a bot, saying that they won't reinstate your account. I got banned a week ago,i sent them thousands of email and nothing happened

    I agree. My account was banned for violating TOS regarding misinformation, yet they gave no information whatsoever regarding what the offending post is or what constitutes misinformation in the first place.
