Been trying to contact Discord for a month now (SUPPORT)

I got hacked at the begining of this month by a token grabber sent from my friends account who i was unaware was hacked at this point. I have been providing every single detail and information to discord without a slither of information or help from the support team. I do not understand how friends of mine have gotten their accounts back in less than 2 weeks while i have to sit here for soon to be over a month without any updates whatsoever. My last reply from a human being was Nov 8, and i started this Nov 2 I believe. I cannot stress enough how horrible this support experienece have been so far with the lack of communication i have gotten from the  support team.

    I'm in the same boat, I've submitted 2 tickets and after not hearing back after a fortnight and then even went to message their fb page who got back to me within an hour.

    Despite being super friendly towards me they were not able to help except tell me that my tickets were still active and that I'd have to be patient.

    I'm happy to wait but the lack of a time frame is what frustrates me, that and when I got a response part of the response was if I had any questions which I relayed one back within 30 minutes and I never got a response to my question.

    I agree. My account was banned for violating TOS regarding misinformation, yet they gave no information whatsoever regarding what the offending post is or what constitutes misinformation in the first place.
