Can someone please help?

I woke up this morning to my mother showing me that she has been for a yearly discord nitro gift so i got out of bed and started trying to contact discord sapport with no pravail getting automated bots i tryed replying to them but they just would not reply back.

After hours of trying this my account suddenly got disabled. I dont know what caused this the email said it was for "violation of terms of service"

I can garantee that i did nothing to do this however.

I need help on getting my account back the money, As the sapport is not getting me anywhere.

Please help.

    You are lucky you can be on your alt.I made second account while waiting for support to reply to me,yesterday after couple hours even my alt got locked and asks me to verify with phone number.I have no idea whats whats going with discord right now.I really havent done anything wrong or breaking any rules:S

    Same here, they falsely accuse me of violating their TOS but i did nothing wrong that could have violated it. even replying back with full details about me not doing those accusation with proof but all i got is from their bot state that they wont reinstating my main account. i only got 8 days left before deletion.

    The only reasons I can think that discord will perma deactivate or delete an account would be:
    - You are under 13 years old

    - Your account has been compromised and it messages fake discord link

    - VPN use

    - engaging in illegal activities

    I been using discord for 5-6 years (5 more likely) and I haven't any issues with my account.

    discord support doesnt give a damn. My account was banned for violating TOS regarding misinformation, yet they gave no information whatsoever regarding what the offending post is or what constitutes misinformation in the first place.

    Good news i got my account back. After 3 days i forgot to update this considering im lazy kitten but, i do agree the discord sapport id dumb. I have alot of respect for discord it would be great to sapport them and give the advise on what they should do in terms of customer sapport. I would gladly brain strom as discord has been my main platform for many years now.

    I wish nothing to good luck to those who have expirenced this and have lost there account to this issue. All we can do is try make discord notice us, im sure there not ignorant as I believe they look to improve.

    For those who have suffered account deletion i formaly hope that you find some motivation to hop back on discord as it is for not the ignorant peope its the poorly designed sapport.

    I wish non of this upon anyone as it truely got my heart raceing i couldnt sleep because i was thinking of what would happen if i did.

    I truely believe my case was 1 in 10 thousand and i so happend to be that lucky guy.

    Just know if your going through this issue do not give up until your account is 100% gone. Its horrible to think what it would be like to be in your shoes.

    Just know that all because the small majority of people that did get there account back. We dont know or care about the struggle you go through.
