Invalid number,How long do i have to w8 for answer from support?

Hi again,this will be my second post.At saturday evening my account that ive had atleast for 5 years without any problems suddenly got locked,it insists i verify with my phone number,everytime i type in my number it says invalid number.I made support ticket on saturday and the only answer i got from support on monday  so far was"take a screenshot when it says invalid number" even though i explained to him in the begining what the problem.Now its wednesday and no answer back from support.No mail to me why my account is locked or what i need to provide to show them that im the real owner of the account.Funny thing is,i have Nitro and it automaticly charged me at the end of the month.Imagine being charged while ur account is locked.Please wake up discord!It takes 5 min to solve my issue

    This most likely happened because Discord detected something suspicious with your account.

    Now its wednesday and no answer back from support.

    Have patience, Discord gets a bunch of tickets everyday. Discord aims to reply within 48 hours but it could be longer depending on the issue, the current number of tickets, and so on.

    No mail to me why my account is locked or what i need to provide to show them that im the real owner of the account.

    Your account is not locked, all you have to do is verify with a phone number.

    Funny thing is,i have Nitro and it automaticly charged me at the end of the month.Imagine being charged while ur account is locked

    Discord may refund you, you can try and request for a refund here once you re-gain access to your account, and explain them the issue.

    It takes 5 min to solve my issue

    It also takes less than 1 minute to solve your issue yourself. Just use an actual phone number, and if your phone number doesn't work, use a friend or a family member's phone number, not that hard.
