Discord should give their support staff more power

As it stands discord support staff is basically a glorified google search

long story short i created an account to use on my secondary pc and its immediately asked me to verify via phone number. So i did it, and it subsequently locked me out of my main account
i contacted support, only for them to tell me what i already searched on google, and they have no power to fix it. Now im sat here locked out of my account a day later when this could of been resolved easily if they had the power to fix my issue

    Sup, exactly. go look at my thread. Discord is a billion dollar company. They wouldn't really take care of their users.

    Staff are answering with google answers.

    They got TOO MUCH POWER allready in my opinion given how easily they BAN people for NO REASON WHATSOEVER
