Gonna be honest with you man. Had the same problem, opened a tickets, provided all information including paypal transaction id link to said account. Escalated to a "team member", no response for a month, finally reply replied (hey sorry your account was deleted so we can't do anything, also we took your money b*tch hahaha, no refund for you. Btw we didn't actually do anything, we kinda just wait until the problems goes away on our end.) I'm paraphrasing but that pretty much sum up discord support.
If you lose your account, unlike Steam who will get your account in 24 hours, discord basically will just give you a middle finger and tell you to f-off.0
