Why does discord ignore me

It's been nearly a month since my account got comped. I sent an email to discord support, I got 3 replies, then they said "We are forwarding this to a team member" and have since then ignored EVERYTHING I SENT TO THEM. But guess what? If I use the email on my alternate account (this one), they respond to it in 2 days. What can I do so support stops ghosting me on my one email so I get some help? I'm getting tired of this and I just want my account back.

    What do you mean by comped? Was it suspended ?

    As in it was token logged and the email was changed to something else.

    Same thing happenned to me 2 weeks ago, after saying multiple time that they will forward this to a team member... I'm using an alternate account (this one) but i'm really getting tired and the hacker actually bought/gifted multiple nitro subscription and I lost money over that and now I'm really tired of Discord support who doesn't give a shit about their community when all we want is our account. They only have to revert our account back to their original email and we will be able to get it back, but I got no answer anymore from them and well here I am trying to find some way to contact them.

    same thing happened to me, got hacked and put a support ticket in got a reply 24 hours later then 74 hours of nothing

    I agree. My account was banned for violating TOS regarding misinformation, yet they gave no information whatsoever regarding what the offending post is or what constitutes misinformation in the first place.
