Account was compromised, no reply from support for over three weeks
Basically my account was compromised due to harmful software and I was in contact with support. At first they responded about once per day, and eventually they actually reset the account email back to the original email (mine), but sadly it appeared the software somehow messed with my Discord client, because mere seconds after I got back into my account, the email was changed again, so clearly whoever was on the other end of the harmful software could still tell what I changed my password to, etc. I have since remedied this and made sure there is no trace of it left (I wiped my harddrive), but I need support to reset the email again.
This is where the replies stopped... After having replied once per day until the moment they reverted the email, they completely stopped responding. I have not gotten a reply for almost a month now. I tried creating new tickets and I tried sending several emails with no luck.
When I created a ticket from this alt account I made, I got a reply within two days, but all they said was they couldn't discuss that support ticket unless I'm using the email that was attached to the compromised account... The fact that they reply so quickly to a support ticket from this alt account makes me very worried they will never respond to anything from my original email.

I have been trying to contact them about a similar situation where harmful software hijacked my account as well, but haven't gotten even an inkling of a response from anyone. Meanwhile, my friends have told me my account is being used for phishing purposes. It's only been 24 hours in my case, but I'm already losing hope that I'll ever get my account back.

You'd think they would put these things pretty high on the priority list since the longer an account is compromised, the more people will get their accounts stolen, which means more support tickets. The faster they can nip the problem in the bud and stop the spread, the less work it will be for them.

I finally got one reply, but then I was ghosted for the rest of the day. This is stressing me way out, y'know?

Back when I did get replies they only replied once every 24 hours, so I feel like that's pretty much "normal"... They also never replied over the weekend, so that's another thing to keep in mind. Also, keep in mind that I haven't gotten a reply for about a month now.

i got 1 reply then 74 hours of silence at least my account not making anymore paypal purchases

They haven't replied to me since they "escalated my ticket to the Discord Team."

I haven't had a response in over 2 weeks on my particular ticket, despite having now asked for updates at least four additional times since the last communication. This is some seriously abysmal customer service they have going on.

I agree. My account was banned for violating TOS regarding misinformation, yet they gave no information whatsoever regarding what the offending post is or what constitutes misinformation in the first place.

My account was compromised and I'm still waiting for them to help me.
