Various User Profile Suggestions

Hello, here are a few different suggestions I have for user profile optimisation, mostly quality-of-life additions with a few other ideas. Many of these are based on my own opinion, so I'd love to see any other conflicting ideas or thoughts building onto what I've said, but just keep that in mind before you get angry with me.

1. Hyperlinks in About Me

Adding the ability to hyperlink in about me would be very helpful, cutting down text usage greatly. Also, I think "Twitter" or "My Website" looks a lot cleaner than "Twitter: [long link]" or "My Website: [bit.ly link, which is still clunky]". While this could be used for scams and phishing, that problem could be greatly dealt with by just adding a confirmation pop-up upon clicking a hyperlink that shows the user what they'll be navigating to.

2. Multiple Account Integration

This would be helpful not only for those who have separate work/personal (or similar accounts), but also for roleplayers, DnD groups, and even plural systems. It might be a controversial addition but I think the ability to easily link and swap between multiple accounts would be seriously helpful for many people. Users could choose to show a few alternate accounts (or just their Discord tag) under their profile, maybe as a separate tab similar to "Mutual Servers/Friends" or just an integration like the Twitter, Spotify, etc. tabs. To prevent misuse, this feature could be locked only to people with verified phone numbers, emails, or if security is that much of an issue, 2FA.

3. Allow Server-Specific Statuses

I've made a post on this before and faced a bit of disagreement, but I still think it would be helpful, especially after the intruduction of a server profile tab. This would be good to display a certain status to certain communities; for example, in a gaming server you could set your status to "Online and open for Co-op!", while in a server for a school club it could say "Messages closed, currently busy", both at the same time. I think that this could be either locked to classic Nitro and above or just free for everyone, since it's just generally a good quality-of-life feature. This feature could even be used if you have a public status containing swear words, but want to change it for a particular server where swearing is against the rules, such as a class server. 

4. Gaming Status for iOS

I have no idea how difficult or possible this would be, but if it is possible, I'd love to see a gaming status integration for iOS similar to the one we see for Android. Maybe offer a Game Center integration to do this, which would also allow easier multiplayer gaming for certain games as well as the ability to show your achievements from within Discord.

5. Full View for Profile Images

This is a simpler addition, but it would be cool if you could view the full original file used in someone's avatar just by clicking. Even better if this image view offered an alt text option, similar to what was recently added for photo messages. This feature would just make it far less embarrassing to ask someone for the source of the art or photo in their icon. 

6. Instagram, Tiktok, Game Center, or even Amazon Wishlist Integrations

I know some dudebros are going to complain about this, so just don't, no one cares what you think about popular social media. But, with more non-gamers using the app in recent years, I think other popular SNS integrations would be very helpful rather than having to add more links to your "about me".

7. Pronouns Display

This one will definitely get some disagreement, but even though we have an "About Me" section I think it would be cool if users could have a choice to display pronouns next to their name or with a hover-over display. Since many people don't really care enough to read someone's About Me section before speaking about/to them, this would solve some common and basic issues. This could be displayed by the user's name something like "Kaeya He/Him", but with smaller text as to be less obtrusive.

8. More Easily Available Banners

I'm certain that I'm not alone when I say that profile banners should absolutely be included with Nitro Classic, a service that has become far decreasingly valuable as every new feature becomes Nitro+ only. I think that Nitro Classic users should be able to choose a still banner image, while GIFs are restricted to Nitro+ users if you still so badly need it to be a premium feature. Additionally, it would be nice if there were some simple patterns or Discord-branded designs available as a banner for free members; not custom images, but maybe a Discord logo in a few different colours.

9. Remove the "Verified" Check Mark for Integrations

This is pretty nitpicky but still, I think that this check mark should be reserved only for users who are actually Verified on the platform (ex. those who have a "Verified" check mark on Twitter or are Twitch Affiliates). It's pretty confusing to most people, plus, restricting it only to those who are Verified on the platform would help authenticate the accounts of Twitch streamers, Youtubers, etc. who are often subject to identity theft/impersonation accounts.

10. Silence Notifications for "Invisible" Status

I'm not sure how popular of an idea this would be, but for me, receiving notifications from 90+ servers while hiding under the "Invisible" status is seriously annoying. I am someone who usually uses "Do Not Disturb" as I own/moderate a few big servers and want to keep my notifications in check, but if I am busy or just stressed and use "Invisible" to keep others from messaging me, I still receive notification sounds. I typically use the browser app on Chromebook so this can't really be fixed unless I (and any others on Chromebook with this issue) either buy a new computer, or Discord fixes this.
