Phone verification not allowing me to create 2 accounts.
I wanted to make this account for a project of mine, to keep my privacy.
Yet when trying to make it, discord detected that I was being suspicious, and demanded a phone number. I Reluctantly gave the only one I have, to verify. And then took it back off the account, because I don't want to be locked out of my main account.
Discord then INSTANTLY kicked me back out of the account I had just verified, and demanded I re-verify.
Then it wouldn't accept my number, because I had just used it.
This is a terrible business practice.

Yeah Im having this same issue. I have two accounts, I used my number for my main account. Today while I was on my alt account randomly discord goes to the "We've detected something out of the ordinary going on" screen, and asked to verify with my phone number. I entered my phone number used on my main, and it then said "This number was already used for another account"
Im not sure what to do now

Hello,
With phone verification, you are only able to have one phone number linked to one account.
If you want to transfer the number to a different account, you're able to do so by removing it from the existing account, and then adding it to the new one.
I believe there is a timeout, so you may have to wait a little bit (around a day) to actually add the number to the second account. I'm pretty sure this is a security thing.
