My account got hacked and I cannot get through support.

I clicked a malicious link and I was hacked and my 2FA was ignored due to their script.  They changed the email associated with the account so I cannot log back in.  I emailed discord support and got a response at first but it has been weeks with nothing to hear back.  

A few things:

1.  my account was used to purchase $700 worth of Discord Nitro(this isnt the worst since I talked to my bank and was able to recuperate the funds.

2. my account is being used actively right now to continue and scam other people.

3. my account is linked to my twitch channel which is causing me to lose time from streaming because I have 2 options, change my name on twitch or stream and it making it look like my account is legitimate which it isn't.  So it's really costing me on branding, and possible income.

4.  I ran a decently sized discord server which I already know the hacker has destroyed but individuals are using this opportunity where I cannot access my account to fabricate/make up things to harm my reputation(also not the worst since I realized I didn't have as many friends as I thought lol)

Can someone please help me please?  I can give ticket information.

    In the same boat here. I got a response back at first, and then they've ghosted me since.

    Also got hacked. Only in my case I think it was the Trust and Safety team themselves that compromised my account!

    Yeah I got hacked because discord support doesn't do anything with this stupid things. It's need to solution, it need to get rid of tokens from element inspection.
