account hacked and phone removed

i think my account has been hacked as it keeps changing its status , he also removed my phone number which is +91 *******284 , that account still has the email id , i still have that password but it says me to verifi my phone number , my that phone number has been used on som other account that i don't know bcz i did not do it i want descord to contact me on my alt account bcz its not about the server its about the friends i made and the chats i had! my new account dm is : fun12545#5552 which i just made 12 hours before getting hacked to chat on a server on thick i got ban
