Increase Channel limit

Today I learned the hard way that there is a server channel limit in discord. Capped at 500 to be precise. I was wondering if this cap was ever increased and if it could be increased in the future. I really hope this gets some attention as I don't want to delete channels.

    A nice fix could be an increase as a boosting perk. Sorta like emojis, whose cap increases with every gained level.

    And btw as a Boosting perk is it not great, better is a new topic for ticket creation...
