    Been quietly loosing my mind over this shit. I just want 2 account permissions for phone verification, and/or a modification that doesn't make this verification permanent (AKA, a way to have only email verification be mandatory after a year or so) This is enough to deter trolls while letting previous offenders learn their lesson 
    (This has been a persisting issue on my account for over a year now and I've only posted the same thing in peoples inboxes around 24 times in a row at max (in order to spread something ages ago), and with these violations becoming stricter and stricter I see this feature becoming a mandatory addition to the discord app, especially when my WHOLE IP IS GIVEN THIS RESTRICTION!!)
