Discord Account Disabled appeal question.
So, I am currently submitting an appeal to discord over my account being disabled, which was done by a former friend of mine who I considered to be very close to me. (Basically, we sent memes back and forth, one of my memes had something that could be considered "gore" and yet we see MUCH worse in public servers.) So, now that they hate me, they decided to report it to discord to cause my account to get disabled out of spite against me. To top it all off, I also own a large community on discord, which will be insanely hard to recover.
I have been reading things on discords forms, I came across this, which is extremely worrying to me. https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4404337878423-Discord-deleted-account-after-1-month-of-ghosting-all-my-appeals-which-had-my-proofs-attached
My question:
Does anyone know other steps I can take to make sure my appeal is fairly reviewed or even accepted? As I have worked on the community I have built up since 2017, and it would be horrible to lose that now over some spite that someone has against me. Thank you!

Discord rejects an appeal once, and blocks your account from sending further appeal review requests. It never gets to Trust and Safety after the first attempt. There is people here that had their accounts disabled for over a year, and they still cannot get the appeal through.
I got banned for so called misinformation, no evidence given regarding what post or message was so offensive on their platform. Its not their job to decide whats misinformation or not, they are not a publisher.
The only way to get their attention it looks like is with a negative review on whatever appstore they have their app listed on.

Ensuring that your appeal is fairly reviewed or accepted, especially if you've built a community, can be crucial. Here are some steps you can take to maximize your chances:
Understand the Platform's Policies: Make sure you fully understand the platform's terms of service and community guidelines. You need to know exactly what you are being accused of and what the rules are that you allegedly violated.
Review the Evidence: If the platform provided any evidence against you, carefully review it. Understand the specifics of the alleged violation and gather any relevant evidence that supports your case.
Craft a Clear and Polite Appeal: When you submit your appeal, be concise, respectful, and to the point. Clearly state your case and explain why you believe the decision was made in error. Avoid using aggressive language or accusations.
Highlight Your Positive Contributions: If you've built a community and have a track record of positive contributions, mention this in your appeal. Show that you have been an asset to the platform.
Correct Any Mistakes: If you believe there was a misunderstanding or mistake on your part that led to the violation, admit it and explain how you've taken steps to rectify it.
Offer Solutions: Suggest actions you're willing to take to rectify the situation or prevent it from happening in the future. This can demonstrate your commitment to following the platform's rules.
Seek Support: If you have friends or members of your community who can vouch for your positive contributions or have witnessed the situation, ask them to provide statements or support for your appeal. Be sure they remain civil and factual in their responses.
Be Patient: It can take some time for appeals to be processed, so be patient while the platform reviews your case. Avoid submitting multiple appeals, as this can sometimes be counterproductive.
Use Official Channels: Make sure you're using the platform's official channels for submitting appeals. Sending emails or contacting support through the correct methods can ensure your appeal is considered.
Consider Escalation: If your initial appeal is not successful, some platforms offer escalation options. You may be able to request a second review by a higher authority or contact the platform through a different method.
Learn and Adapt: Take the experience as an opportunity to learn and adapt. If you get your account or community back, ensure you follow the platform's rules more closely in the future.
Remember, not all appeals will be successful, and it may vary depending on the platform and the circumstances. Staying professional and persistent in your approach can improve your chances of a fair review.
