Implement Live Chat Support
Given that the time it takes a user to get support seems to range between a few days to a few months, it seems as though Discord's support team is has more tickets than they can handle. While Emails can be slow to conclude, I imagine a live chat service could help resolve tickets much more quickly, especially if the person has a high priority issue (compromised account), or something simple (clarifying a feature works the way it does). A live chat feature could be incredibly helpful for both Discord and its users.

If they cannot even bother to READ emails sent to them, and default to giving template answers based on whether an account exists, or whether it was disabled, and have a bot answer like a human (Gaile), I can GUARANTEE they will never implement a live chat. That would entail they actually care, and is in fact capable of reading past the subject line of the message before rejecting it, and/or marking it solved.
