Make it so we can make emojis that only an admin can use

I have these emojis in my server that I don’t want everyone to use but I can’t stop them from it. And my friends and me don’t have nitro so we couldn’t use emojis from a different server.

  This is already somewhat in the app, you can use a bot to restrict the emoji to a certain role!
