Been on Discord for a couple of years, spent hundreds of dollars on it, disabled for no reason.

As the title states, I was invited by a Mass DM into a server that I joined for whatever reason. After about a week I wake up and I am logged out on my phone + computer and I get an email stating that I was attempting to steal authorization tokens, or participated in a server doing-so. I assumed that it was the server I joined, after about 6 emails back and forth with Discord support (which im assuming was a bot) they claimed to look over my ban and deny re-instating my account. I am deeply upset as I have hundreds of connections and I am in dozens of communities which I have various roles in + server ownership in huge communities.

and NO reply from anyone. 3 days - they have all this manpower to BAN people but no one to look into the issues and find mistakes. I think your last statement says it all, i mean, you do all this work to get banned by some bot and emailed by a bot - is anyone even working there?! It would be a joke except you (and I) are in the same boat as to spending money on it PLUS to disable nitro you have to log in.. seems a little scummy to me..
