Move user posts to the correct channel

It is known how important interaction is for small channels, so it hurts to have to delete content that, although great, is out of place due to a small error.

    What I like to do in event of someone posting to the wrong channel is refering them to the correct channel, and if I have something to add to their question, I copy paste their question into the correct channel with ">" quote formatting so that other users can see I'm responding to someone else's question.

    An issue that follows with a move tool is, bad faith moderators could move "Yes make this happen for real, it bothers me so much!" into an out of context channel dedicated to violence.

    I believe dragging conversations into the right channel is the best option for us, and while it requires more time it is well balanced with user privacy in mind!
