Account was banned without warning

Yesterday I tried opening my discord on another profile and saw I was logged out. When I went to log in it said that the account was disabled. I looked in my email to try and see if Discord sent me any kind of notification but found nothing. I thought that my account had been compromised so I sent an email asking for account recovery. This morning I get a response saying it was banned for TOS and Guidelines violations. It didn't say which rule or rules I violated or give me a warning. I don't do anything illegal or malicious that would warrant a full on account ban. Is there a way to recover my friends list or make some kind of an appeal with a representative and not a bot?

    It was obviously some kind of mistake. I hadn't even posted anything to servers in a few weeks and was only using dms when I got the ban. There wasn't an email or warning either.

    Nope, you don't have to do anything wrong. I was in the wrong server and it got "raided" or complained about or whatever . discord SUCKS and I will never trust it again.
